The health of our clients and employees is of the utmost importance, and our goal is to protect the public and our staff, while continuing to provide compassionate, loving care to every guest. We also know that many of you depend on us and trust us with your pup’s life when you are away from home or need a bath or grooming service. It is important that we be here for you during this critical time when you need us.

We have revised our safety precautions to follow recommendations and updates by the CDC and local Departments of Public Health, effective immediately. Miss Kitty’s Dog Resort will maintain our normal business hours, and continue to have around the clock staff here for our guests. We are offering the following options to help keep everyone safe and healthy:

  • We are encouraging low contact drop off and pick up for the safety of our clients and staff. When arriving at our resort, you may call or text our guest line at 615-582-0484 and remain in your vehicle. A member of our staff will greet you, discuss your pet’s service and escort your pet to their scheduled appointment.
  • As a courtesy to clients picking up, we will be accepting payment over the phone and will deliver your pups directly to your vehicle.
  • Our staff has been encouraged to remain home if symptoms arise so we can continue to provide excellent care for you and your pet. We are disinfecting all public traffic areas every two hours, including disinfectant sprays and wiping down all surfaces, doorknobs inside and out, counters, computers, etc. Our lodging areas are being disinfected each time a different staff member enters a wing.

Our team will be available for any and all questions. This will limit additional interactions with other clientele and staff members in our lobby.

As this situation evolves, Miss Kitty’s Dog Resort will continue to follow updates and protocols as recommended by the CDC, local Departments of Public Health, and the World Health Organization. We remain committed to providing you and your pup with excellent care, while protecting our staff and the public in our dog loving community. Thank you for your understanding and assistance during this time.
